OmniNexus Wealth is an educational financial platform that uses artificial intelligence to help users learn about personal budgeting and investing. Our AI characters — Omni and Nexus — are educational tools designed to explain financial concepts in plain language.
The Platform is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. We do not manage real money, execute real trades, or provide personalized financial advice as defined by applicable securities laws.
All content provided by Omni, Nexus, or any other feature of the Platform is strictly for educational and informational purposes. Portfolio recommendations, ETF suggestions, and budget analyses are simulated educational examples only — not real financial recommendations.
Past performance of any investment discussed on the Platform does not guarantee future results. All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.
OmniNexus Wealth uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate all responses from Omni and Nexus. These AI-generated responses are produced by large language models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should never rely solely on AI-generated content for any financial, investment, budgeting, or legal decision.
In compliance with emerging AI transparency guidelines from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), we explicitly disclose that: (1) the financial guidance on this Platform is AI-generated, (2) AI outputs are not reviewed by a licensed financial professional before delivery, and (3) the AI may not account for your complete financial situation.
OmniNexus Wealth is NOT registered with, licensed by, or affiliated with any of the following regulatory bodies:
The Platform operates solely as an educational technology service. We do not manage, hold, transfer, or invest real money on behalf of users. All investment activity within the Platform is simulated paper trading only, powered by Alpaca Markets' sandbox environment. No real securities are purchased. No real money changes hands.
You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. OmniNexus Wealth reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
When using the Platform you may provide financial information such as income, expenses, and debt amounts. This information is used solely to personalize your educational experience within the Platform. We do not sell, share, or use this data for any purpose outside of providing the Platform's features.
You agree not to use the Platform to violate any applicable laws, impersonate any person or entity, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, or interfere with the operation of the Platform in any way.
The Platform uses third-party services including xAI (for AI responses), Polygon.io (for market data), Supabase (for data storage), and Alpaca Markets (for simulated paper trading infrastructure). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
When you create an account on OmniNexus Wealth, a sandboxed paper trading account is automatically created on your behalf through Alpaca's Broker API. This account is used solely to simulate educational investment activity. No real money is deposited, transferred, or invested at any point. Alpaca Markets is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on content viewed on OmniNexus Wealth.
The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. OmniNexus Wealth does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmniNexus Wealth and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to any financial decisions made based on content viewed on the Platform.
OmniNexus Wealth and its owner retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all software, design, text, graphics, and AI-generated content produced by the Platform. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You retain ownership of the personal financial data you enter into the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant OmniNexus Wealth a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's features to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and do not use it for any purpose beyond operating the Platform.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OmniNexus Wealth, its owner, officers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) any third-party claim arising from your conduct on the Platform.
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, or by remote means if mutually agreed.
Class Action Waiver: You and OmniNexus Wealth each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. All disputes must be brought in the parties' individual capacities and not as plaintiffs or class members in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 14, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
OmniNexus Wealth currently offers a free beta period. When paid subscription plans are introduced, the following terms will apply:
Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting keith@omninexuswealth.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features through the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at keith@omninexuswealth.com.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. OmniNexus Wealth does not store your full credit card information. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
OmniNexus Wealth shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to outages or failures of third-party services (including xAI, Supabase, Alpaca Markets, Polygon.io, or Stripe), acts of God, internet disruptions, or government actions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OmniNexus Wealth regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify users by email at the address associated with their account at least 14 days before the change takes effect. For non-material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
